Tiramisu Basque Burnt Cheesecake (Slice)

Our Tiramisu Basque Burnt Cheesecake is baked with the same beautifully burnt top and rich, creamy centre, finished with the bold flavour of espresso and the comforting sweetness inspired by classic tiramisu. Smooth, indulgent and full of depth, this is our coffee-loving twist on the Basque burnt cheesecake we fell in love with.

Each cheesecake is freshly baked to order in our Bristol kitchen using cream cheese, mascarpone, double cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla, espresso, chocolate powder and flour. Once baked, it is chilled overnight to allow the texture and flavour to fully set.
