Biscoff Basque Burnt Cheesecake

Our Biscoff Basque Burnt Cheesecake is baked with the same beautifully burnt top and rich, creamy centre, finished with the smooth, spiced flavour of everyone’s favourite caramelised biscuit spread. Indulgent, comforting and dangerously moreish, this is our Biscoff take on the Basque burnt cheesecake we fell in love with.
Each cheesecake is freshly baked to order in our Bristol kitchen using cream cheese, mascarpone, double cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla, Biscoff and flour. Once baked, it is chilled overnight to allow the texture and flavour to fully set.
Available sizes:
6 inch – perfect for a smaller gathering, serves approximately 6–8 slices
8 inch – ideal for sharing, serves approximately 8–12 slices
Collection: Usually ready within 1–2 days
Ingredients: Cream cheese, mascarpone, sugar, vanilla, Biscoff, double cream, flour, eggs.
