Chocolate Basque Burnt Cheesecake

Our Chocolate Basque Burnt Cheesecake is baked with the same beautifully burnt top and rich, creamy centre, finished with a deep chocolate flavour that melts on your tongue. Smooth, indulgent and full of flavour, this is our chocolate take on the Basque burnt cheesecake we fell in love with.

Each cheesecake is freshly baked to order in our Bristol kitchen using cream cheese, mascarpone, double cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla, dark chocolate, chocolate powder and flour. Once baked, it is chilled overnight to allow the texture and flavour to fully set.

Available sizes:
6 inch – perfect for a smaller gathering, serves approximately 6–8 slices
8 inch – ideal for sharing, serves approximately 8–12 slices

Collection: Usually ready within 1–2 days
