Pistachio Basque Burnt Cheesecake (Whole)

Our Pistachio Basque Burnt Cheesecake combines the iconic caramelized, deeply toasted top and creamy center with the rich, aromatic flavor of pistachios. Earthy, indulgent, and naturally vibrant, it offers a perfectly balanced blend of roasted nuttiness and smooth, velvety cream cheese.

Each cheesecake is freshly baked to order in our Bristol kitchen using cream cheese, mascarpone, double cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla, pistachio paste and corn starch. Once baked, it is chilled overnight to allow the texture and flavour to fully set.

Available sizes:
6 inch (14cm)– perfect for a smaller gathering, serves approximately 4–5 slices
8 inch (21cm) – ideal for sharing, serves approximately 8 slices

Collection: Usually ready within 2–3 days
