Classic Basque Burnt Cheesecake

Our Classic Basque Burnt Cheesecake is baked with a beautifully burnt top and a rich, creamy centre. Smooth, simple and full of flavour, this is our take on the cheesecake that made us fall in love with Basque burnt cheesecake in the first place.
Each cheesecake is freshly baked to order in our Bristol kitchen using cream cheese, mascarpone, double cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla and flour. Once baked, it is chilled overnight to allow the texture and flavour to fully set.
Available sizes:
6 inch – perfect for a smaller gathering, serves approximately 6–8 slices
8 inch – ideal for sharing, serves approximately 8–10 slices
Collection: Usually ready within 1–2 days
